Ubicado\u00a0en la urbanizaci\u00f3n Los Aguilares de Benahav\u00eds, este edificio reci\u00e9n terminado adopta una arquitectura program\u00e1tica y estratificada propuesta\u00a0espec\u00edficamente para responder al entorno y al uso del edificio<\/b>. La planta baja se destina a hosteler\u00eda<\/b>, generando un espacio abierto y din\u00e1mico hacia la calle. En la primera planta, las oficinas y el \u00e1rea de coworking\u00a0<\/b>ofrecen un entorno luminoso y flexible, adaptado a nuevas formas de trabajo. La cubierta se concibe como una zona de descanso y relax<\/b>, un mirador privilegiado hacia la monta\u00f1a. El proyecto resuelve con precisi\u00f3n la complejidad\u00a0<\/b>de una parcela triangular en esquina, convirtiendo esa condici\u00f3n en una oportunidad para crear un volumen eficiente, distintivo y plenamente integrado en el paisaje.<\/span><\/p>
