CUBIERTA PISTA DEPORTIVA CARLOS CABEZAS, MARBELLA<\/h3>

La actuaci\u00f3n de este Proyecto se enmarca en la Pista Deportiva Exterior y en los cerramientos exteriores del Polideportivo Municipal \u201cCarlos Cabezas\u201d, situado en la Calle Camino Cristo de los Molinos de Marbella. La Instalaci\u00f3n Deportiva en cuesti\u00f3n se ubica en la Urbanizaci\u00f3n “El Real Panorama” de la localidad.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Actualmente, la zona de intervenci\u00f3n se encuentra en buen estado y funcionamiento. El objetivo del proyecto es cubrir la pista exterior para poder darle mayor uso independientemente de la climatolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

El \u00e1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n total ser\u00e1 de 1222 m\u00b2, con una longitud total de 47m y un ancho de 26m, y presenta una ligera pendiente transversal descendente hacia el este para la actual evacuaci\u00f3n de pluviales (0.7%).<\/span><\/p>

Por todo ello, mediante la realizaci\u00f3n del presente proyecto se busca la adecuaci\u00f3n de esta pista multideportiva para su uso m\u00e1s confortable en diferentes condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas.<\/span><\/p>

This project focuses on the outdoor sports court and perimeter enclosures of the \u201cCarlos Cabezas\u201d Municipal Sports Center, located on Camino Cristo de los Molinos in Marbella, within the “El Real Panorama” urbanization.<\/p>

Currently, the area is in good condition and fully operational. The main goal is to cover the outdoor court to allow for greater use regardless of weather conditions.<\/p>

The intervention will cover a total area of 1,222 m\u00b2, with dimensions of 47 meters in length and 26 meters in width, and a slight eastward slope (0.7%) for rainwater drainage.<\/p>

The project aims to adapt and enhance the multisport court, making it more comfortable and accessible year-round.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
