Hidden in the narrow old town of Marbella stands a listed building of environmental interest, built in 1965 and currently in a semi-abandoned state. Located on a corner, the building is in poor condition, outdated, and partially unfinished, with missing finishes, deteriorated installations, and no enclosures facing the inner courtyard.

The proposed intervention is a rehabilitation that upgrades the facilities and ensures accessibility, giving the building a new life as municipal offices — while preserving the historic character of the old town.
