The dwelling is part of an open-block multifamily building located in a wonderful setting near El Retiro Park in Madrid.
The aim of the renovation work is to improve the original layout and adapt it to the family's new needs in the context of 21st-century living.
Additionally, the project takes the opportunity to enhance the quality of the building envelope from the inside without affecting the façade, as well as to upgrade the installations to make them more efficient and environmentally friendly, in accordance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE).
