Underground Car Park at the Medical Centre, Ojén

The Ojén Town Council is carrying out a plan to build an underground car park in response to the shortage of parking in the town centre, in order to meet demand from both residents and visitors while improving accessibility and resolving the parking problem in a currently deteriorated space.

To achieve an excellent-quality result, a team was formed combining the companies SiteSur and Urinci, who, with the support of the architecture and engineering firm MoMaA under the direction of architect Andrés M. Mateo, developed a joint winning proposal shaped by the constraints and brief that defined the architectural approach.
