Parking is a daily challenge in every city, which calls for innovative solutions that rethink its function — optimizing space, improving neighborhood aesthetics, and fostering coexistence between people and cars.

In this spirit, a sustainable, high-tech, and accessible parking facility was created in a green neighborhood of Marbella. What was once a neglected, overgrown area behind a commercial zone is now a renewed urban space — environmentally friendly and well-integrated with its surroundings, serving as a new, vibrant façade.
