La vivienda se encuadra dentro de un edificio de bloque abierto plurifamiliar en un entorno maravilloso cerca del parque del retiro en Madrid.
El objetivo de las obras de reforma es mejorar la distribución original y adaptarlas a las nuevas necesidades de la familia en un contexto del siglo XXI.
Además, se aprovecha para mejorar las calidades de su envolvente desde su interior si afectar a la fachada así, como reacondicionar las instalaciones haciéndolas más eficientes y amables con el medio de acuerdo al código técnico de la edificación (CTE).

The dwelling is part of an open-block multifamily building located in a wonderful setting near El Retiro Park in Madrid.
The aim of the renovation work is to improve the original layout and adapt it to the family’s new needs in the context of 21st-century living.
Additionally, the project takes the opportunity to enhance the quality of the building envelope from the inside without affecting the façade, as well as to upgrade the installations to make them more efficient and environmentally friendly, in accordance with the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE).
